Why is coffee served luke warm in this place? I could have downed it in one! I specifically asked for steaming hot coffee when ordering yet it was only just warm when served to us. Had an amazing caramel coffee cake slice, really nice.

Just passing through and chose this one with a party of 3. My panini was served cold in the middle, but was replaced no fuss. Wife found her late undrinkable. Some of the ‘character’ chairs are just broken and need replacing. Staff good at a busy time.
