After 2 "timed out" phone call attempts finally got answered. Asked if my prescription was available, told it was ready for collection, great. The prescription had been issued on the 14th, today is the 23rd still awaiting a confirmatory text! Will collect tomorrow, no doubt the usual long queue. Pharmacy 2 U looking good.

On this visit Boots didn't have what I was looking for. Non prescription eye gel lubricant for use after my mum's cataract procedure. To be fair neither dud 2 other pharmacies. Rather oddly Amazon shopping did. Arrived following day. ?♂️
