Un knowledgable staff and management member, doesn’t use common sense going by book which is not what customer want. I have used HSBC outside Trowbridge wasn’t that bad

Worst bank ever, they don't follow national guidelines and make their own policies, I've never come across such incompetence from both staff and manager alike.
