Parcel machine has been broken for so long if can't offer this service why is it still showing you can to print. One particular lady who works there is always miserable don't work in a front house position if you haven't got basic customer service skills.

If I could select 0 stars I would. If you can't offer yodel services then take yourself off the listings for them and stop wasting peoples time, fuel and effort in coming to you!
