In the website and add you says it opens at 8.30am but the actual shop opens at 9. This is completely miss guiding your customer. Either change one of the timings.

How has WHSmith not gone bankrupt yet? The prices are outrageously high and their own brand products are very low quality.I headed into the Swindon store to get some wrapping paper and ended up paying £3.99. Went to the Post Office and got very quick service walked around WH and the have lots of Christmas Items.
