Computer problem at Swindon West meant I was relocated to Swindon Central of which the staff were very polite and accommodating on the issue.Down side was the parking, as Larger van I have was restricted to where I could park albeit large Council Caro park that took a chance on parking.Did raise the issue on lack of communication... read full comment

Upon arrival it seemed like a rough neighbourhood but what was to come after went wrong completely. The service was lovely and I liked the engagements. Unfortunately the place did not resemble as safe hotel, you can’t help who is staying there at the same time as you but in close proximity to some of the other guests... read full comment

A budget hotel that offers everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Big plus is that my room has a bath as well as a shower, well stocked with tea/coffee supplies. Plentiful towels supplied.
