Been there to day for a battery change. The service was excellent. I have an old watch and Jack (who served me) took all the time to sort it out.

The lady was not helpfull. She looks like doesnt want work there. if she has psychological problems you should work there. you can't treat the customer badly

The only time I used timpsons was possible early 2022. I needed a couple of keys cut, did them for just over £12.00 keys were ok.
