    After many attempts to get the leaks and damp repaired, still nothing done. We have now started legal proceedings, as the cost to repair is estimated to run into thousands.     First reported need for a replacement window (for a conservatory they built for us) on February 16, 2023 and been chasing ever since. Eight messages left and constant promises of them being passed on. On one occasion a member of the team booked an appointment with us and turned up with the wrong sized replacement!! Hopeless.
