They are listed as a Parcelshop collection point for Evri but rejected my parcel with no explanation

I had an issue with an EVRI delivery this week and managed to get through on the phone to the staff in the shop. Very poor customer service. Staff is not very helpful. Especially with the vinted machine which I was struggling to use twice at this shop staff didn't even try to help even when I asked for help. Another customer ended up helping me in the end.
