Three times in a row items have been missing from delivery orders. On one occasion apparently the item was sold out, the store were insistent that they tried to contact me to offer an alternative but I hadn't received any calls.

Lovely staff and lovely coffee, I love the cakes. Shout out to the manager Katie for her customer service and latte art is always spot on thank you guys
