20th December 2023 to the young lady serving.After nearly 2 weeks of trying to find where my daughters prescription had been sent, i tried Sussex square.It wasnt there but the young lady with dark long hair was so helpful and so kind and caring. A credit to the pharmacy.

I used Rowlands pharmacy Sussex square as i went there yesterday asked staff for help. Seringe for steroids use, she said she's sick of us lot, all I asked was for more than one per person, i asked for an explanation of "us lot"? Heroine addicts. I was discussed with that. She said she didn't care about it and make a complaint...

Very rude and obnoxious staff. Not willing to help asked for the head office number to complain and just got laughed at.
