The pharmacy does not deliver customer service . In the last 3 months when I collect prescriptions ordered through the Pod they are never ready or made up even if I had a text to collect.You are told to come back the following day after 3,pm .You have to wait at least 30/45 mins to have them looked for or checked.I waited...

I feel they don’t prioritise people that are waiting for a prescription. I have worked in pharmacy before and we did everything to ensure the customer wasn’t waiting long! This pharmacy will leave you for ages waiting and then come to tell you that they do not have an item. This is poor customer service, why would you...
