It’s important to realise there’s a difference between the Post Office Staff and the newsagent staff. Unfortunately the newsagent staff can be involved as a buffer to the PO counter as they provide some services.I actively avoid using this PO counter due to a member of the newsagent staff.This staff member is page one...

Spoke to a gentlemen who was so unhelpful.I was trying to find out if they still have an item for me from Dec but it fell on deaf ears.I have no tracking number so I still have no idea if they hold this item or not.Just rude !!

Hi I too don’t understand the negative words here. The ladies work really hard under great pressure. Folks need to think beyond themselves. Thank you to all at the covingham post office ??
