Manager Yas was rude when we were trying to get a table for 6. We don't have a table for six she said even though they were clearing 2 tables. She refused to give us the tables even we were willing to wait. No customer service, she does not want any more customers because it means more work for her. Poor service. No advice from the waiter about discounts. off, unacceptable 02 discounts by customers, Pizza overpriced. 2 large pizza plus 4 small drinks cans total 53 pounds crazy

The entire place is FREEZING! No heating, Expect to wear thermals and Coats while you dine.
If you bring it up it just gets shrugged off.
I enjoy Pizza Express, but avoid this place. Speaking to the info desk and they said the entire outlet is freezing.
