The staff are pleasant, but are not able to work with the ingredients given to produce what me, as the customer is asking for! I want a very dry cappuccino. Whisk the milk like meringue, slowly slowly, let it stand and spoon it over the coffee which by then is usually cold as it’s all done in the wrong order. Please train... read full comment
