I saw a staff member (BIG old women) shouting at toddlers who were being toddlers in a empty store/floor.As someone with kids this was very sad to see.Someone needs training on customer serviceIf you have kids do not shop here

Lift our of order. Struggled up the stairs for nothing. If you have a 32" waist or more don't bother. Even then racks and racks of jeans and elasticated joggers. Nothing stylish about this shop.
