Ever since they took away the counters, when the machines don't work for what customers want, they have to end up doing what the counters used to from their office, but the customer can't see them doing it, or customers have to go upstairs to use the business counter.

I have just wasted 40 minutes of my life in this dreariest of banks, dark gloomy interior, poor musac, one NWB person dealing with all customers, other staff working behind wall at back of bank refused to assist.
