Very disappointing experience.No one seemed to have information on accounts for charities.3 staff members were discussing it, one walked off the other two tried to figure it out. Embarrassing place to work

Opened a children's account today with my daughter. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and attentive. Very easy and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them.
