My order was missing sauce pots for the 20 chicken nuggets and my cappucino had leaked in the bag and soaked everything. When I told them online I was told to take pictures - that's impossible for people who don't have a smart phone. I guess because of this I wont be refunded for the coffee, which was part of a meal deal

I brought five boys for a birthday meal, the service was fantastic. Special shout out to Jakub and the lovely young lady at the counter with glasses (didn’t catch her name). Very quick and friendly.
