What a joke. 3 staff stood by door making people queue whilst only about 10 people in the whole store. I asked why. Apparently it’s easier on the staff. Well, how about taking the 3 people away from the door and onto a till instead? Kind of how every other shop in the world copes. It’s a jeans shop, not an Apple Store...
