Seems to be a clearance outlet for end-of-range and discontinued items. If they have what you are looking for, great, but otherwise it can be very disappointing and sadly the main proper JL store in Swindon is permanently closed

I've bought things from John Lewis Outlet in Swindon many times, and the staff have always been lovely. However, last night, my partner discussed a couple of items we wanted with the manager on duty(another couple also wanted these, but we were there before them), and she let slip that his accent could've been the problem.... read full comment

It's great if they have what you are looking for but the choice when we visited was quite limited.
