The absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in years. The female member of staff was literally sat in the till desk while her two male colleagues attempted to impress her. Multiple times we asked for help in a deserted store with no avail. I would have the three of them sacked for their useless conduct.

Every time I go in there the staff are on their phones behind the till. The clothes themselves are lovely but it’s always a bit of a mess. They also don’t take return only credit notes which is surprising.
