They gave the wrong order as they 'didn't have any of the drink I asked for'. In that case, tell me- rather than giving me something I didn't ask for and charging me for it? I didn't say much as there was a queue but I wasn’t happy.

Location fine, service ok. But I had 1 piece of toast and marmalade with pot of tea, came to nearly £5. The small pat of butter supplied hardly covered the toast, asked for more butter, was then charged a further 10 pence. Bit over the top. Probably won’t visit again.
