This was my second visit in a week and the drinks are terrible didn't even drink them ...hot chocolate tasted like watered down milk and a strawberry frappe tasted like dish water

Very crowded in the place tried to get a the toastie deal but picked up wrong toasties then had a guessing game with staff trying to get the correct one. Then came out burnt. Also despite loads of advertising they do not have the Spanish latte.
