Appalling. May have been a one-off, but I’d never ever recommend Benson’s for Beds. Installers damaged a window lock, trying to force it open and then denied it. Absolute nightmare experience dealings with Bensons.5 hours late delivery, no notification, arrived eventually by couriers that proceeded to bang the mattress into everything possible. Parked two streets away and carried mattress (I suspect dragged at times) for two streets as they made poor excuse could not get van to...
