After my parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong place, my local postie Claire Brown helped track it for me & went out of her way to retrieve it & deliver it to me. Thank you Claire, much appreciated

Always friendly, can't fault them for that!However terrible opening times, order something from Amazon and are unfortunate enough to have Royal Mail "deliver" it (can't leave packages like most courier firms do). Not the end of the world but you have to wait until Saturday if you work to go pick it up!
