Opened late. No apology from the staff member, who was generally abrupt with customers. They weren't even logged onto their computer ready for start of business. I got my parcel, but it took 15 minutes longer than it should have done. If the place opens at 8am then the door should be unlocked at 8am on the dot and the staff... read full comment
