Very poor customer service.Upon entering your store I was met by a short que of people waiting to be served. I joined the que and began to wait patiently.The woman on the till finished serving the people prior to me and so I took my place at the front.I just placed my electric key on the till and was about to ask for it...

For the last two Saturdays they have failed to deliver newspapers, 1st Saturday they refused to answer phoneThis Saturday a very negative person answed and told me the round was lateIt is 21.00 and still no sign of newspaperShocking service ,why lie ,if you have a problem tell the truth ,don't bullshite
