Sadly on entry to the store it seemed like it was closing down. Empty racks, poor lighting. Then we went upstairs to the cafe. Only one very slow person serving, other staff members around, but not very motivated to help queuing customers. Such a shame.

ALWAYS running out of food at LUNCHTIME. Forward planning would ensure there’s enough to go round. I’m stumped when told ‘we’ve run out of chips.’ Is there a 21st century potato famine we don’t know about? The toilets are very rarely in service. It’s 21st century Britain M\\u0026S. Get a grip??\\u200d♂️.
