I only go to the branch as I help manage the account of a voluntary organisation. They are so rude and unfriendly everytime that I would never do my personal banking here.

Emptied our savings tin of £1 coins, £620 worth. Went to pay into my account at Kinson branch and was refused the service. My money into my account. I must be missing something here. Paid into my Nationwide account without a problem. Award winning service I don't think so
