Popped in late Saturday evening with my mum and the two ladies working could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to try and find a coat for her. Wish I’d got their names - they are definitely a credit to Joules :) Thank you.

What a lovely, friendly, team of staff in this store. You could see that they genuinely enjoyed meeting and greeting customers.

Visited the Salisbury store (from Canada) today with my husband looking for a tweed jacket. Cannot thank the lady that served us enough(wish I’d got her name). Wonderful, friendly service! Would definitely recommend shopping here.
