I always go to this shop for my daily paper and the odd bit of grocery and sending parcels and I've always found the staff to be very helpful and understanding, when I had a problem with a parcel I rang and spoke to the manager and she was very helpful thank you

I went this morning to drop a parcel (return for Amazon) arriving at the sop and show the QR code the employee saying to me that is not acceptable… I ask why and she started shout out to me that is she’s working for 10years and never accepted QR codes…I asked why is it shouting at me without any reason…… she said...
