“Had to visit to change details that couldn't be done online.The ladies working there were wonderful and resolved an issue blocking the change quickly and efficiently.Staff like this, along with accessible branches are priceless.Posting 9.6 billion euros in profit for 2022 whilst cutting opening times, staff hours and closing down entire branches is a sad state of affairs.”
“Stopped on our way home from a Dorset holiday for fuel and coffee and snacks for the toddler. Nice clean toilets, nice selection of food and snacks. The food is M and S. great coffee. Whilst it was busy due to bank holiday, we filled with fuel and found a space to get a break from the car.”

“Arrived at the above address this afternoon to carry out a Specialist Service for them,customers wanted an areas of carpet cleaned, so I arrived and met two lovely staff members, called Lucy and Cameron, Lucy she went above and beyond for us from the min I'd arrived to doing my Job, she sorted out the signing in process and went to get us buckets of water to do the cleaning, so cheerz and Cameron too, very patient, both excellent customer service skills, and the other young blonde that also helped, didn't get her name, she moved all the furniture to one side, so #200% Customer Services. #hard working staff, dedicated to their jobs... ?#Barclays Bank, #Salisbury, #RSH...”

“A wide range of goodies. I have to stop trembling hands from snatching up every last morsel available. In the end I settle for a crate of beer and a tin of dog food. Dinner sorted. The staff behind the til are the kindest most passionate people you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. Hot stuff too, woof. I’ve been five times this weekend and I don’t even need anything. I just love it so much, truly lives up to its reputation of being the heroine of corner shops. ”

“+ clean fuel station+ nice personnel, always with a smile on your arrival+ I'm glad I could find some Waitrose products inside the shop. I needed flowers late night and found there.- using the Shell app for points is useless, since the price of the fuel is all most always higher than competition. That difference won't get you any gain, in best case just the impression you "won" a chocolate candy or 1£ off etc.- no matter how many liters you refuel, only the visit is considered. So you may come 2 times a day and refuel 10£ each, well that's two visits. If you refuel 99£ once a week, and that's one visit. So no point on refueling for the "bonuses", since no point for the quantity. That's why my company always sends me to refuel to Texaco.- the cashier is not asking for the app to register the points and look surprised when I ask for it, just after the receipt been printed. Not a big issue, but...”
“As disabled customer I find it very difficult but they're cash point machines are only in the George ml there is no cash point in New canal... Very difficult special parking for disabled right there and yet there's no cash point for them to be able to withdraw any money or pay any in and it's too far to go round up New canal down high Street enter st. George weather is to ... There should be one in the New canal not just for the disabled customers but for all to use...But stuff inside nationwide are always helpful and courteous ...On my last visit I was the last customer and as I went to go out to my car was informed that door was locked and I had to go the long way round but then the lady saw that I was on two sticks so went and open the door into the canal for my car right outside outside the doors ...”
