I would leave no stars if I could. They say they deliver parcels but don't!!!!!! No way of contacting the sorting office. What a joke. Still manage to pay the Director's millions though.

Id give 0 if was an option!Ebayer sent item first class Tues 28th. Now 5th April still not arrived!I tracked and just shows as whete posted from. I then tracked by RM tracking on telephone. It states received item.I then just spent 35 minutes in a queue to speak with someone.Apparently, they're supposedly short of staff... read full comment
