My handbag was stolen from their forecourt which was witnessed by the staff and they were unhelpful. One male member of staff seemed more concerned it was nothing to do with them. Usually I buy a pastry and a hot drink for £3 deal. Today they charged me £4.80, when asked about it they said I bought muffin. Not sure when they renamed chocolate twist to triple chocolate muffin.
