I ordered 2 days ago, very hard chicken and chips full of oil, I'm not happy

Quick delivery, poor food. Chicken dry and hard. Chips was hard and tasted stale. Not returning.

Orderd twice this week first time almost no salad iven know we put extra chips was cold and dry. Second time 36 pound Orderd put on salad in each section fir extra got 3 base salads like 3 strings and no tomatoes or cucumber. On all plus asked fir no onions and get extra of that couldn't eat it.
