It was my first time visiting the Marlborough store & I was very impressed with the friendly customer service demonstrated from the get go. Louise & her colleague were very friendly & offered me advice on a product I was interested in (Car Scent Diffuser) which I can now say works a treat! I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

Excellent customer service & advice in this store. I called in today to browse. There was a lovely assistant working there (- sorry I didn’t note down her name ). She gave me lots of helpful advice on the room diffusers and hand creams. This is a really good flagship store and has motivated me to get on the website...
