After I had recommended the Tea Rooms to the clients I was with, I was sadly embarrassed and left disappointed with the whole experience. Waiting at the entrance to the tea room to be seated, staff simply ignored you, having their own little exchanges between themselves more important. We are open seven days a week and make all our cakes and bread here in our on site craft bakery. We have an excellent breakfast menu and a varied lunch menu also and as everything is freshly made to order there may be a wait at busy times. We use local produce where possible from quality suppliers we know and trust. Pollys really is the place to enjoy that special treat.
