I normally use Great Somerford office but when I’m running late have the displeasure of needing to send parcels here. I have never met such rude women who love to make life difficult. Number is not recognised. Parcel had not been delivered. Tried to call other RM numbers. No way to speak with human on all lines. At the shop I've been told to call helpline. Joke. I'll never use Royal Mail again.

I have always found Malmesbury post office to be well staffed, helpful, efficient and operates really convenient hours. Thank you Malmesbury post office, keep up the good work.
