They don't answer the phone and never stick to their opening hours often closing hours early and when they are open it takes staff an age to provide your prescription, (and that's if they don't fob you off saying it's not ready). Shambles - avoid at all costs.

My experience on Sunday 25th February: I was 2nd in queue behind a lovely gentleman trying to get medication for his wife who'd recently had a heart attack. The staff ought to consider a career change, something where they don't deal with people. Attitude and incompetence isn't a great mix.
