First visit to The Silk Mercer was a very insightful one. The rugby was on at the front of the pub so we decided to sit near the back, which is very much a huge children's area! You have been warned! Nice real ale and curry in the silk mercer . Food was good and hot ?. Good service ?.
The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee.
