We often use this store but recently had need of a few items to repair a leak which had sprung up (pun intended) with the excess rain. We needed some express cement which they had no stock of and couldn't wait for following day delivery. Bought a Mountfield Mower with parts missing. Contacted Screwfix via online chat & advised to ring their 0800 helpline. Helpline closed, mower still not working.Nice staff & good service but, if it goes wrong you're on your own.
