Took in parcel which had already been paid for.the woman behind the counter didn’t have a clue how to deal with parcel.give me the parcel back and said she couldn’t help me.had to travel 7 miles to devizes post office for them to tell me all she had to do was give me proof of postage.useless post office and won’t...
