Tried to buy Euros in the Devizes branch. Apparently their computer is broken and they cannot sell Euros. The computer has been broken since January 2023 and they send their customers to a local travel agent. It is amazing that they have been unable exchange one of the most commonly requested foreign currencies for 11...

I received first class service at the post office last week ( I think the lady who served me was called Helen). She checked our passport forms and was so lovely. She even offered me her cardie because I said I was cold!! Thank you for amazing service!

Please update your website with correct opening times. The post office section of the store is NOT open until 8pm. Consequently I’ve wasted my time getting here to post a parcel. It’s the 21st century. Why are these things so impossible to get right?
