Absolutely shocking. People queuing for over half an hour and the staff paying no attention, no sense of urgency, nor do they appear to care. Morrisons should be doing better than this. This is the first time I have used the pharmacy and it will be the last as the people in the queue have told me that this is the norm.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, you wait 30+ minutes to be called up. Today I was completely ignored for 25 minutes before I decided to leave. 80% of the staff there are so rude!

Another thoroughly disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I would recommend considering an alternative pharmacy!
