I returned a parcel on a Saturday and was faced with an incredibly rude and condescending woman; both unhelpful and made snide comments. She was also very rude to the older couple in front of me. Perhaps not a place to go if staff are not in a good mood!

Why advertise as an Evri / Hermes parcel shop when you always have a sign on the door saying you can’t accept any more parcels ? When I asked the old lady if she could accept my parcel she was rude and dismissive (on 4 separate occasions)Sounds like a few of the staff need to undergo training to realise without customers...
