Good service on dry cleaning

Terrible. Dry cleaning I took to them at the beginning of June has disappeared. Two mens suits now gone. I am attempting to engage with their complaints/claim procedure. That too seems to have fallen into a black hole. Awful. Don't go there if you want your property properly looked after.

They cut me a key which would not work and refused to refund me as it’s company policy not to refund unless you have a receipt. This is despite “Timpson” being embossed on the useless key.
