Bought a boiler pump from the Nailsworth branch, returned as it wasn't needed, but guy very unhelpful and said to take back to Chippenham. Went in this morning and they were so helpful even though it should have gone back to Nailsworth, great service

Rubbish customer service, went in to ask for something the person didn’t even move off his chair he was not interested in helping he told us unless we know the make there is nothing he can do. We walked out and went to plum base so different he got us the new part in under a minute. Will not recommend this place to anyone... read full comment
