Not the staffs fault, but to do a simple bank transfer took nearly an hour to complete, result one seriously hacked off wife, and an even more hacked off queue outside, who actually applauded when they could go in!! No wonder banks are closing with these ridiculous opening hours!!! Open on the weekend when hard-working people have time to go to the banks to pay money in or pay bills. !!!

If people working all day and dont finish till after 4.30 Used to open longer hours and Saturday but now 4.30 closed and no Saturday now how people spoce to pay stuff in if your closed at 4.30 and or no Saturday times yes I know post office but not the same
