Went into the bank this afternoon to pay some money in without my bank card . The guy behind counter said this would go straight into my account this was at 2pm it’s now 3.15 pm still not money shown into my account…….. Big fan of this branch!Friendly, efficient, helpful & super competent staff. They go out of their way to make my bank tasks easier and even recommended a savings program that's been hugely helpful!Very grateful to have a local branch to use!

Chippenham branch the staff this afternoon were so helpful and supportive towards me. Thanking both ladies, especially Jan I think is her name. I appreciate all the help you always give me re:- my parents account which I have POA as both have dementia. I can’t thank your staff enough. ?
